At Sumu Computer Trading, we strive to provide high-quality computer hardware and electronic products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🔄 Returns

• You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
• A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
• Software, licenses, and downloadable products
• Customized or special-order items
• Items without original packaging or accessories

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Report within 48 hours of delivery
• Share photos/videos as proof
• We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification

💸 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refund will be credited via the original payment method.

🚚 Shipping Costs

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer (unless the product is defective or wrong item delivered).

🔁 Replacement

We offer replacements for:

• Wrong items delivered
