π Returns
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required.
β Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
- Software, licenses, and downloadable products
- Customized or special-order items
- Items without original packaging or accessories

If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Share photos/videos as proof
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5β7 business days.
- Refund will be credited via the original payment method.
π Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer (unless the product is defective or wrong item delivered).
